Building Group use their existing Estimating System 'Databuild' to develop detailed itemized estimates known as a Bill of Quantities to provide a breakdown of all the material and labour costs required to complete the project. A Bill of Quantities supplied by G.A. Building Group will provide a solid medium for Financial Institutions.

Building Group has the ability to provide detailed building estimates, finance costs, specifications, construction sequence templates, supplier lists, recommended trades, construction knowledge and quality site inspections to our clients.
